Yes, Josh--both are in the page source. Personally, this is why I feel
a link to the site should be a requirement for the support forums, as
the source can contain some very valuable information.

1 thing that might be helpful is to have the gentleman set wp-debug to
true--in the wp-config.php just till some1 can take a look & see if
any errors are being thrown. Obviously this can be a somewhat (very?)
risky proposition in terms of security, so that should be kept on only
briefly, but it's another good method of determining if the install
has problems.

Clearly, though, WooCommerce ought to be supporting products people
have purchased from them. Makes me question whether I'd ever buy
anything from them now.
