[wp-forums] Distraction Free Writing in 4.3

Hi everyone,
Quick question.  I should really know this.... but.... it's been a long 
week.

I know in WordPress 4.3 the distraction free writing code was removed.
Does anyone know if this included the TinyMCE editor button?
I don't see it in a vanilla install of WordPress anymore... but I 
thought it better to ask for consensus.
I searched... but didn't see anything specifically referring to the 
removal of the editor button.
