[wp-forums] May have blocked an innocent account

I initially assumed that a duplicate account was used as a bait-and-switch
tactic but now have reviewing that thread, after I have blocked the
duplicate account, I may not be so sure.

Additional info
The duplicate account had no details associating it with the OP's account's
details before I manually changed the display name to "sourcelightstudio"
