[wp-forums] Forum delete problem

Use https. If you go to http for posts, it won't delete. It's a cookie 
thing, we know. When it's all HTTPS it'll be fixed. I ended up adding 
HTTPS-Everywhere to Chrome.

https://wordpress.org/support/profile/alex-beshkoni is blocked and posts 
deleted.
