Yep, if we’re to go through “official channels” on this, that’s the way to do it. Just wasn’t sure if we had any unofficial channels (I don’t, fwiw). :)

If you view the URL for somebody's gravatar image, like so:
https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/2a116ddb1dbb4bd63dd24b8e84e69257

And then use that big identifier with just gravatar.com, like so:
https://gravatar.com/2a116ddb1dbb4bd63dd24b8e84e69257

That should redirect to their gravatar profile. There's a tiny little
"report abuse" link below that left hand sidebar. Seems to me that that
would be the place to report "impersonation", although I'm a bit iffy on
whether this sort of usage implies "impersonation" as such.
