[wp-forums] Plug ins with no support

The author has a sticky post in the plugin forum directing users to his
site. http://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-contributions-6 . There he
provides a link to a contact form. That's the proper way of doing things as
it's up to the author on where and if to provide support.
