[wp-forums] Identifying company reps on the forums

Many moons ago, I suggested a Support URI header tag for Plugins and for
Themes, for just this reason: some way for WPORG personnel to verify that
something is the legitimate support resource for a WPORG-hosted
Plugin/Theme. Maybe a good time to revisit that idea?
