[wp-forums] Adding another Codex section for CSS

When I click "member" in the support forum under any user... it takes me 
to a page with the User Profile... but no "edit" button or link.
Perhaps it's a permissions thing?  It's okay... I haven't had the need 
to 'bozo' anyone.. just curious :)
