[wp-forums] Reporting a WP.org profile

[Jan Dembowski]

Changing the forum profile is easy (if you're a forum moderator) but
profiles.wordpress.org would require someone else to do it.

Assuming it's an innocent misunderstanding any objections to my making that
forum profile change? Unfortunately the user can always switch it back.
