[wp-forums] Gravatar images that use the WP logo

I'm going to assume that user is a fan (*who posts 1 word cryptic replies!
Sigh*) but using that logo as a Gravatar could give others the wrong idea.

Not sure how that can be dealt with on the forum side. Want I should
contact the user and ask to reconsider that as a choice of Gravatar? Or
would this be a WordPress trademark issue?
