[wp-forums] Is it possible to rollback after using 3.6 beta?

tl;dr: OP installed the Beta plugin and (I think ) upgraded to 3.6 beta 
in error. Now he wants roll back to 3.5.1 but can't.

I thought you could just delete the plugin and re-run a basic update to 
roll back to the current WP version. If that's not the case, is there 
any way to rollback if he doesn't have a db backup?
