He first asked an OP to send him login info - then argued about it when I asked him not to do so; then proceeded to repeatedly post his own website so the OP could contact him - and started criticizing WP and the forums...  I deleted most of his pointless posts - figured that further "discussion" would not be useful.

Ironically, the OP doesn't even have admin access (and has no FTP or other access) so giving login info to someone else would be useless anyway.
