[wp-forums] Do you respond to BOZOs?

Both.

Sometimes people are bozo'd because they cannot act civil, some are 
spammers, and some are just having a bad day.

Generally it comes down to trolling for me. If they're just screaming to 
be heard, delete and move on. MAYBE if I'm feeling super nice I'll give 
them a reply, but remember: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REPLY TO PEOPLE WHO MAKE 
YOU MAD :)

Just walk away, email us, and we'll come help ;)
