[wp-forums] "Most Popular" plugins list

It's based on recent downloads not overall downloads. Notice that the higher they are on the list the higher the weekly download number.

Hi Drew and Aaron! Thanks for your replies. 
The reason why I'm asking is that I noticed the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin 
that I help develop has more downloads and better ratings than some of the 
ones being listed on the first page, yet it is only showing on the second 
one. 
I saw it listed on the first page a while ago, so I was wondering if there 
may be other criteria I'm not taking into account.
