[wp-forums] "Most Popular" plugins list

Seems date updated might play a role in a too after looking at that plugin.  I'm guessing downloads, date updated, and ratings.  Only one way to find out!  Update it.

** Not that I am suggesting updating a plugin with no real update in order to rank better in the most popular list.

Hi Drew and Aaron! Thanks for your replies.
The reason why I'm asking is that I noticed the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin
that I help develop has more downloads and better ratings than some of the
ones being listed on the first page, yet it is only showing on the second
one.
I saw it listed on the first page a while ago, so I was wondering if there
may be other criteria I'm not taking into account.
