[wp-forums] "Most Popular" plugins list

Maybe the most active (not sure if that get's tracked based on activated/deactivating) or maybe rating plays a role.  But it doesn't go by just the download number alone.


I'd say the main criteria is to make a damn good plugin that everyone wants to use.
