[wp-forums] Timeout room for user

I sorta did already. The user had mail notifications turned on and I
replied with an explanation.

The user should have gotten my posts via e-mail regarding why prior to my
deleting those posts.

Judging by the last reply from the user (also trying to backdoor a
compliant about the pro version) the message was received.
