[wp-forums] WP support of Internet Explorer

Is there an official statement somewhere saying what versions of IE is
supported by WordPress.org and .com?

I know that there was a discussion when twentythirteen was released that
there were issues with IE 8 and I think they said that IE8 was no longer
supported.

This gentleman (

is looking for some sort of statement/link/page he can show his client who
is wishing to use Ie7.
