[wp-forums] Resolve Unresolvable Forum Thread

There's a thread on the forums for one of my plugins that's over 10 months old and is very much resolved, but the usual options to mark a thread as resolved just aren't there.

Two questions here ... why is this and can a helpful mod mark it as resolved on my behalf please?
