[wp-forums] Soliciting work

It doesn't scream bait and switch to me, at least not yet -- more like
he's not really getting that the real value of the forums happens in
the public conversation. If he gets pouty or resistant about it after
a couple of gentle corrections to that effect, *then* it was bait and
switch.
