[wp-forums] Is There Any Point Answering?

The guy is having what my guess is a legitimate issue related to
http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/23298 though he probably doesn't
realize it. This is assuming he's correctly choosing "Link to Media file"
in the gallery settings, that is.
