[wp-forums] WordPress 3.6 Baby!

It's the typical deprecated notice: PHP notice, and headers-already-sent
errors. But, it's one of those notices that references back to core, rather
than the Plugin/Theme that invokes the deprecated function, so it can be
more difficult to track down.

I tracked down usage in a few Plugins that I've got on a dev install
(Akismet, NextGen, Download Monitor) - but that came from a *very* small
subset.
