[wp-forums] Localized forums title tag

With the recent updates, support forums title tag on
http://ru.forums.wordpress.org/ has changed from "WordPress › Форумы
поддержки" ("WordPress › Support Forums") to "WordPress › Русский"
("WordPress › Russian"), same title as on http://ru.wordpress.org/ main
page.

This doesn't seem intended, as the title on
http://wordpress.org/support/still says "WordPress › Support".

Is it possible to fix the title?
