[wp-forums] Possible server issue?

tl;dr: Getting the message "Cheatin' uh?" when attempting to change 
theme. Initially on Multisite but now ruled MS out by trying a test 
single-site install using Twenty Ten.

Anyone have any ideas? Could it be a cookie issue?
