[wp-forums] Plugin author withholding working version in exchange for donations

Hey Guys, 

I just noticed a plugin author responding to support requests asking users to send her a donation in return for a working version of the plugin.

I closed a few of the threads but wanted to get the advice of some of the more experienced moderators on how to handle something like this.
