[wp-forums] Mark Posts As Resolved WHILE REPLYING

There wasn't an announcement but it comes from what happened here: http://make.wordpress.org/plugins/

The short version is we got a cosmetic facelift ;)

Not a lot of new features for us mods, yet. That said, if you guys have ideas that would help everyone out (like I want an one-click bozo on the profile, so I don't have to profile, edit, bozo/block), we should come up with a list, and I'll hunt down Otto and Nacin with bribery and beer.
