[wp-forums] Can't post to plugin sub-forum

Hi,

A user sent me an email today saying that he can't create topics in one of
my plugin's forum space:

http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/random-post-link

There's a form there, but if you try to use it, you get this error message:
"This topic has been closed"

By the way, this is the URL that you get when you click the new green "View
support forum"

Note that the form does work when you access it from here:
http://wordpress.org/tags/random-post-link
