Just spotted an interesting hack in that Securi gives the OP's site a 
completely clean bill of health but the "Reveal hidden spam links" on 
unmaskparasites.com's Additional Tests (run the basic scan first) finds 
the injected links.

Might be worth bearing in mind in similar topics.
