Yeah, I find it extremely offensive and the job solicitation part makes it
even worse. I don't think the thread is or could ever be of any use or
value to anyone on WP.org, so I would close it  or delete it. On a more
funny *slash* dreamy note, it would be kind of fun to post the following
message with a picture of The Hulk: "Your thread has been deleted, puny
human. Manly enough for you?"
