Not exactly. It happened before, some time ago now, then disappeared for a
bit, so it's more a rebirth of an old generation ;)   If you hunt through
the archives for this mailing list there's a reasonably effective search
pattern that you can use to discover posts with links that are just on
punctuation.  (In fact it's probably searching for ">.<  or similar.
