[wp-forums] 3.4 release timing

If they have custom headers, they should think about whether or not to
make them flexible - it's optional and the old ones won't break, but
the super-customizable themes will probably want to add it.

Backgrounds and headers from the media library are a free gift with
purchase; no theme changes needed.

There will be a lot of ugly deprecated notices for both the old-style
header and background calls, and get_theme_data(). Again, it's
backwards-compatible, but people will want to get updating.
