[wp-forums] B'coded user

Hello,

The user in question keeps apparently creating new accounts. Or someone has
the same IP address and same ESL issues which I suppose is possible, but I
think a little unlikely...

He thinks he's blocked, but he's just b-code'ed and seems to want his old
account deleted.

And of course, it's been explained that accounts are not deleted.

If he wants to abandon his old account, then that is fine, but he should
stick with one. If he's creating accounts to get around the b-code tag,
then that's not cool.

He's been b-coded due to requesting Skype ID's which the user has done 9
times out of his 239 posts (yes, i was bored the other day too and had some
downtime...) and has been cautioned about at least once.

If the user would just play nicely, then I'm sure he'd get out of the
Timeout Corner. But serial account creation sure isn't helping.
