[wp-forums] RSS / Email Subscriptions to Support Threads

Greetings,
I'm wondering how long these features have been on the forum:
1. RSS feed for specific threads (like for a certain plugin.)
2. Email notifications for specific threads

I'm writing an article about getting the most out of the forums, and
don't remember those features being there a few years ago. Perhaps I
just missed it back then, but if not, does anyone know how long
they've been around?
