There was some kind of caching problem related to Dougal's feed
specifically, but it wasn't actually "down" that I noticed. Also,
that's fixed now.

However, other people in the past week have reported it being
unavailable to them as well, but it was always showing up for me when
I checked. Dunno, it's fine on our end.
