[wp-forums] Troubleshooting master list

Yep, thought I emailed... this week got away with me.

It's been almost a month, and no 'new' issues have cropped up, so it's about time to wind down 'OMG! This is NEW!' and go back to the same old same old support :) I waited a while to see if the 3.3.1 fix raised another round, but it's stayed normal from what I can see.

If someone else thinks we still need it stickied, though, I won't cry :)
