[wp-forums] 3.3: post name permalink setting causing 404 issue beyond top & first child.

Issue is specific to 2nd and subsequent level Pages when using the new, 
pre-defined, post name permalink structure. The theme's 404 page simply 
isn't used. Any other permalink structure works just fine.

It's not a case of two pages with similar slugs either. OP (who I've 
worked with before) sent me urls by email and I can confirm the problem

I only ask as the pre-defined post name structure was only recently 
introduced. Can't find anything in Trac. Anyone got any ideas?
