Yes. It's the Play Nicely With The Other Kids rule, also referred to as
Wheaton's Law.

Well not so much as a rule exactly. More of a guideline.

If someone is provoking others then they'll usually get a warning as well
as put into the timeout room. When they demonstrate that they can play with
other unsupervised they'll be let out of the room.
