Just bozo'd the following profiles:

tl;dr: Doesn't like his duplicate topics being closed or deleted 
(apparently we're all on some kind of power trip), so he's now opening 
new accounts and trying to post the *same* question via them.

Also emailed him to ask him to please stop this.
