[wp-forums] User Creating Multiple Threads on Same Topic

*rereads* Oh him

He was bozo'd for the massive volume of all caps posts and threads. I 
fixed some, told him a few times to stop, and then just flagged him for 
watching.

He does bear watching, just for oddities. He's not bad, just a little 
misguided, and doesn't take clues well.
