[wp-forums] Dev hiring sites

I think that's an okay site (the wpcandy one). It's a community site, it's GPL friendly (which is usually the issue there). It'd be better to suggest code poet, but it's not like saying you should go to that crazy SEO guy (WordPress Mafia).

Intention is good. We should mention all three though.
