[wp-forums] Abusive use of resolved status

Hello everybody.
This plugin dev <http://wordpress.org/support/profile/richardgirling> seems
to be marking all his plugin-related threads as resolved regardless of
whether they were actually resolved or not.
Seems a tad abusive IMHO.
