I've b-coded webcoreinc for rudeness.

Looking at his other postings, this user apparently hadn't heard of
the advice "If you can't say something nice..." and makes a routine of
tossing unhelpful comments at plugin authors.

Aside from lighting up the plugin author, the user's not accomplishing
much and can use a timeout.
