And he is a web developer. **Used to be** on the WP forums lots of folks didn't care much for web professionals coming around and taking up time asking a lot of questions. There was no rule against it; just a lot of anecdotal evidence that it happened from time to time. And this clown is exactly the reason why. Never contributes; only takes. There should be a healthy balance of give and take (asking for/receiving help and answering questions) in the thread history of professional users. At least that's how I feel about it.
