[wp-forums] The Hacks subforum is useless

I'm referring to http://wordpress.org/support/forum/hacks

If I remember correctly, it was created in an effort to replace the
wp-hackers mailing list. That doesn't seem to have worked out.

First of all, as you can see, there are almost no replies. Users post
questions and no one answers.

Second of all, there is a huge overlap with
http://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

Therefore, I say it's time to kill it.
