[wp-forums] Bozo'd this user again

I originally bozo'd this user because I caught him trying to get people 
to pay him to fix their problems on a number of occasions. Comments like:

"You obviously can't do this, so why not pay me to do it instead?"

I kid you not. Then someone took him off the bozo list. Fair enough but 
I've been keeping an eye on him. To cut a long story short, he appears 
to have no real interest in helping people, he never follows up on 
topics but, worst of all, he's often rude - if not downright abusive - 
to perfectly innocent posters.

He's now back in the bozo bin. Can we keep him in there please so we can 
monitor his responses?
