[wp-forums] Be on the lookout for a specific issue with WordPress 3.1.3

Meaning that Hotfix won't solve the attachments problem in 3.2, but it
will if they're running 3.1.x?

This person says they're running 3.2 - if that's really the case, is
there any solution for their issue other than downgrading to 3.1.3 and
installing Hotfix?
