[wp-forums] Cannot log into Wordpress.org forums

I hope you can help.

I cannot seem to log into the help forum at wordpress.org.  The top  
shows my username and the password dots filled in, but if I click  
"login" not happens.

If I try and post a new topic, it takes me to a login page and still  
does nothing when I log in.

I just go in a loop.

I tried to just register again and got a message saying "You are  
already logged in, why do you want to register?"

HUH?

This is so frustrating!  I've never had a problem with this before.

I even tired rebooting my computer.
