For the third time, he's managed to c**k up his accounts.  I have no  
idea what he's doing, but he's doin' it REAL GOOD.

He had the problem here:

The LAST time, zoonini tagged him as being marked 'inactive'.  That's  
not the case here, that I can see.

Is he tripping a spam filter?  Is he phenomenally unlucky?  Does his  
browser suck?
