He changed his email to m at wordpress.org and then created an obscene  
number of threads asking "delete the account and end up breaking and I  
do not sign up for more"

I set the ID to 'blocked', changed his email to FAKEEMAIL at gmail.com  
(sorry about that gmail) and bozo/spammed him.
