[wp-forums] forums' treatment of apostrophe within a plugin title

Hi Folks,

I wrote a simple plugin named "Doc's Auto-tags"
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/docs-auto-tags/

Within the forums, it's represented as "Doc's Auto-tags"
http://wordpress.org/tags/docs-auto-tags/

I couldn't find any info in the plugin FAQ
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/faq/

The validator did not bark at me prior to submission
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/validator/
